A number of people have asked how my attempt at building a guitar is going, so I thought I would put together this blog to track some of its progress.
Before starting I had almost no experience of working with wood, beyond building flat pack furniture. My guides on this little adventure are:
- The Internet – mainly the Telecaster forum’s rather good DIY build section
- A book – Make Your Own Electric Guitar
- Whimsy
Hopefully by the end of it I will have something that works as a guitar….
